What We've Been Up To

4/3/2013

Hello everyone,

Just thought we would do a little post on here to keep you all informed on what's been happening lately and how some of the workshops and events have been going.

Towards the end of last year a few of our members went on a screen printing workshop  held at the Stew Gallery and Workshops in Fishergate Norwich, they  were shown the whole process from preparing an image and how to use this image either on paper or fabric.  They were given information on where to get the images produced - what images would be best and given instruction for those who had never screen printed before and as a refresher for those that had. It seems as though all who went found the workshop informative and enjoyable.

At the moment several of our members are attending life drawing sessions at the Fisher Theatre in Bungay,  the first session was on the 17th February and went very well and the next one is on 17th March, we have had a brilliant response to the life drawing sessions and several people have seemed keen to make them a  more regular event so we will keep you up to date on what happens.

We also have upcoming workshops in Card Making ~ Fancy Folds where you will be able to learn how to make cards in many different shapes.

Several people are busy working on projects for the Easter Exhibition at St. Mary's Church.

We will be back soon with more news about how the workshops are going, thanks for stopping by.
