My brightly coloured art has been influenced by living in Uzbekistan and the softer pieces by my trying to control the urge to always paint in glorious technicolour!  My style is eclectic and with a strong bias towards pattern for fabric.
As an interior designer for over 25 years, working with colour, shapes and form are also  important elements and has led me to experiment with different styles of decoration on canvas. My next experiments are to put the breakfast table photos onto canvas in a contemporary way.......watch this space.....
